Very knowledgable about the Napa area having been a long time resident and realtor. Her expertise was evident in her efficiency. She spent so much time getting to know us, asking us what are our lifestyle goals? Do you have a specific area in mind? She lined up houses for us to see, never pushing or hurrying, really taking the time to listen and learn, enabling her to see through our eyes. Shawna came for the day we signed the final paperwork with Old Republic - even the Title Officer was impressed saying realtors never show up for that! I will recommend Shawna to anyone looking in the Napa area. She sent us all the local information for Water, Garbage, Internet and was willing to pick up the key for us on the day it is officially ours. I feel like we've not just found an amazing realtor, but a new friend.
