I can't recommend Shawna enough. She is an expert in the local market but combines that with over-the-top responsiveness and creativity in negotiations. I would definitely work with her again. She spent a lot of time helping us determine the best price, not just pulling comps, but also talking to realtors in the area about those comps and what they had upcoming. During the time we were in contract, she was always available whenever I had a question or a concern, and very quick to respond with updates when she had them. She is a great sounding board, and when I encountered an unusual situation during the sale process, she offered excellent and measured advice, which I believe was a major part of why the sale closed successfully and on time.
